Testing Checklists
Run through the right checklist before anything goes out. Testing prevents the most painful mistakes.
Weekly WhatsApp message review
Before the weekly WhatsApp message is used, check:
- Correct week
- Correct events
- English version ready
- Spanish version ready
- Repeating events summarized
- Registration mentioned if needed
- Link included at the end
- Message is short and readable

Before sending SMS to a full group, check:
- Correct event
- Correct language
- Correct contact group
- Message is short
- Flyer attached, if needed
- Flyer is correct
- Link works
- Test sent to yourself first
- Test looks good on phone
Conversation reply checklist
Before replying to a message, check:
- Is it SMS or WhatsApp?
- What is the person asking?
- Can the answer be confirmed on the library calendar?
- Is the reply short and clear?
- Does Ariel/Admin need to help?
