What staff need to know
- 1WhatsApp has a 24-hour rule. When someone messages the library, we have 24 hours to reply normally.
- 2Templates may be needed after 24 hours. Outside that window, WhatsApp may require an approved template message first.
- 3Ariel/Admin handles the workflow. Staff do not edit WhatsApp templates or automations.
- 4Notify Ariel/Admin if event details change. Accurate event info keeps the weekly WhatsApp update correct.
Simple explanation
If someone messaged us within 24 hours, we can reply normally. If not, WhatsApp may need an approved template first. Ariel/Admin manages this.
